Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
West Virginia real estate licensees renewal comes due every year on June 30th.
Continuing Education Requirements
West Virginia real estate licensees are required to take 7 total hours of continuing education. A salesperson is allowed to take all 7 hours as elective courses while brokers must take a broker core course with the remaining 4 hours allowed to be elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
