Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Pennsylvania real estate licensees must renew their license on May 31st every even numbered year.
Continuing Education Requirements
Pennsylvania licensees must complete a total of 14 total hours of continuing education. This must include 5 mandatory hours broke down as follows: 2 hours of Fair Housing, 3 hours of Agency Relationships. The remaining 9 hours can be taken as elective courses.Â
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
