Massachusetts real estate licenses must renew their license every 2 years dependent on their birth date
Continuing Education Requirements
Massachusetts licenses are required to take a total of 12 hours of continuing education. These courses must come from an evolving pool of topics chosen by the Massachusetts Real Estate Board.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
