Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
New Mexico real estate licensees must renew their license every 3 years.
Continuing Education Requirements
New Mexico licensees are required to take a total of 36 hours of continuing education. This must consist of 12 hours of annual core courses that must be taken in a live setting as well as 4 hours each of core and ethics electives while the remaining 16 hours are pure elective courses. If you are a Qualifying Broker there are slightly different requirements that you can see down below.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
