Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Missouri real estate licensees must renew their license every even year by June 30th.
Continuing Education Requirements
Missouri licensees must complete a total of 12 hours of continuing education. There is a 3 hour core course based around fair housing that is mandatory while the remaining 9 hours can be done as elective courses.Â
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
