Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.
Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Minnesota real estate licenses must renew their license every 2 years on June 30th. Each year a licensee must complete half of their required CE (15 hours) by June 30th.
Continuing Education Requirements
Minnesota licensees are required to take a total of 30 hours of their 2 year renewal cycle. Half of these hours need to be completed each year (15 hours) and must consist of 1 mandatory course each year (length can vary) 1 hour of fair housing every 2 years, and 1 hour of agency law every 2 years. The remaining hours can be elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
