Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Maine real estate licenses must renew their license every 2 years based upon their individual license date.
Continuing Education Requirements
Maine licensees must complete 21 hours of continuing education. This must include a 3 hour mandatory course while the remaining 18 can be elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
