Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
North Dakota real estate licensees must renew their license every year by December 31st while CE needs to be completed by November 15th.
Continuing Education Requirements
North Dakota licensees are required to take 12 hours of continuing education broken down into a 6 hours of mandatory courses with topics that change by cycle and 6 hours of elective courses. It's to be noted that North Dakota gives no grace period on the November 15th CE deadline.Â
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
