Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Indiana real estate licensees renewal is every 3 years on June 30th
Continuing Education Requirements
Indiana licensees will need to complete 36 total hours of continuing education every 3 year cycle. There is a stipulation that 12 hours must be complete annually between the July 1st - June 30th time frame.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
