Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
South Carolina real estate licensees must renew their license every 2 years on June 30th.
Continuing Education Requirements
South Carolina licensees must complete a total of 10 hours of continuing education. This must be broken down into 4 hours of mandatory core courses while the remaining 6 hours can be taken as elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
