Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

License Renewal Dates
Arkansas real estate licensees renewal comes due every year on September 30th, CE must be completed by December 31st the same year.

Continuing Education Requirements
Arkansas real estate licensees are required to take 7 total hours with 4 of those being mandatory, including a 3 hour core course topic decided by the state and a 1 hour course on limiting risk. The remaining 3 hours can be elective courses. 

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
