Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.
Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Oklahoma real estate licensees must renew their license every 3 years during the month of their initial licensure.Â
Continuing Education Requirements
Oklahoma licensees are required to take 21 total hours of continuing education. Of those 6 hours are mandatory with an hour each of Broker Relationships Act (BRA), Fair Housing (FHR), Professional Conduct (PSC), Contracts and Forms (CON), Code and Rule Updates (CAR), Hot Topic/Current Issues (HOT). The remaining 15 hours can be elective courses.
