Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Our Course Format
Our online professional real estate courses are designed with ease of use and knowledge retention in mind. 

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

License Renewal Dates
Kentucky real estate licensees must renew their license every even year on March 31st.

Continuing Education Requirements
Kentucky licensees must complete a total of 12 hours each renewal cycle. This is broken down into 6 hours of mandatory courses (real estate law) and 6 hours of elective courses. In addition to this requirement a licensee must also complete education every year in the form of 3 hours of the mandatory courses and 3 hours of the elective courses and be complete by December 31st each year. One other stipulation is every 4 years a licensee must complete a 6 hour Kentucky Core Law Course (this counts as a licensees hours for the year). 

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
