Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

License Renewal Dates
Michigan real estate licensees must renew their license every 3 years based on the initial licensure date.

Continuing Education Requirements
Michigan licensees must complete a total of 18 hours of continuing education. A total of 9 of these hours are mandatory broken down into 6 hours of legal update courses and 3 hours of fair housing courses. The remaining 9 hours can be elective courses. 

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
