School Certification
Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Our Course Format
Our online professional real estate courses are designed with ease of use and knowledge retention in mind. 

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

License Renewal Dates
Delaware real estate licensees renewal comes due every even year on April 30th.

Continuing Education Requirements
Delaware real estate licensees must complete 21 hours of CE. Of those 21 hours 18 are mandatory while the remaining 3 can be elective courses. For details on the mandatory courses please see below.

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.

CE Requirements

Continuing Education and Renewal Date: April 30th of even years.
This includes Broker, Associate Broker and Salesperson licenses, whether in active or inactive status, and all office permits.

Hours Required by Delaware Real Estate Commission: 21 hours.

•18 mandatory hours
    - 3 hours in agency and fair housing (Module 1).
    - 3 hours in professional standards (Module 2).
    - 3 hours in real estate documents (Module 3).
    - 3 hours in office management (Module 4).
    - 3 hours in legislative issues (Module 5).
    - 3 hours in practices of real estate (Module 6).
•3 elective hours
    - 3 hours in elective courses
