School Certification
Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Our Course Format
Our online professional real estate courses are designed with ease of use and knowledge retention in mind. 

Technical Requirements
 Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

License Renewal Dates
Virginia real estate licensees renewal comes due every 2 years during the month of original licensure. 

Continuing Education Requirements
Virginia real estate licensees are required to take 16 total hours of continuing education. Virginia Brokers and Salespersons have slightly different requirements as well as Virginia updating their requirements for licensees with changes taking place June 30th 2026, for in depth details on all the requirements please see below. 

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.

         - 2 hours in Legal Updates and Emerging Trends
         - 2 hours in Real Estate Agency
         - 2 hours in Real Estate Contracts

     - 5 hours of elective course topics or mandatory course topics

Brokers
Hours Required by the State if License Expires Before June 30, 2026: 24 hours

    - 16 hours of mandatory course topics
        - 6 hours in Broker Management
        - 2 hours in Broker Supervision
        - 3 hours in Ethics & Standards of Conduct
