License Renewal Dates
New Hampshire real estate licensees must renew their license every 2 years based on their initial licensure date.
Continuing Education Requirements
New Hampshire licensees must complete a total of 15 hours of continuing education. This must consist of a 3 hour core course while the remaining 12 hours can be taken in elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
