School Certification
Simplify CE, LLC is an Utah Real Estate Agency approved distance continuing education provider. Our approval # is CEP6656059 and our courses are designed and delivered according to Utah Division of Real Estate requirements.

Our Course Format
Our online continuing education process emphasizes ease of use and speed by delivering your courses through your web browser. Following purchase of your courses, a username and password will be emailed to you giving you access to your courses.

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

    Passing Scores
    Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Utah does not require a specific passing score.

    License Renewal Dates

    Licenses can be renewed no sooner than 45 days before license expiration which can be found on the license or in the Utah Division of Real Estates database of licensees.

    Continuing Education Requirements 
    All Utah licensees are required to complete 18 (9 Core 9 Elective) hours of continuing education to renew their license every two years. *Important* A 3 hour mandatory course is required in Utah and counts towards the 9 core credits. Find the details below.

    Completion Certificates
    Certificates are emailed to students following course completion.

    Reporting Responsibilities
    All Rosters and Certificates of completion will be uploaded every Tuesday to the Utah Division of Real Estates contracted reporting system.

    Steps-to-Renew


    The Utah Division of Real Estate has done a fabulous job of simplifying the process for your Real Estate Broker , Principal Broker or Property Manager License renewal, of which there are 3 basic steps.

    1. Complete RAP Back Fingerprinting Requirement. Please read the following information and instructions.

    2. Complete your continuing education (18 hours every 2 years)
    3. After completing items 1 and 2 above, collect your (*RELMS*) username and password, your license number, social security number, and debit or credit card.
    5.Renew your license online in the Real Estate License Management System (RELMS) If you cannot login to RELMS after clicking "forgot your Username or Password", contact the Technical support team of Utah Interactive at (801) 983-0275 for assistance.

    CE Requirements

    Sales Agent (18hrs):
    1st Renewal
    - 12 hours of new agent course
    - 3 hours of mandatory division approved course
    - 3 hours of any core or elective course
    Subsequent renewals:
    - 9 hours of core course 3 of which must include the mandatory division approved course
    -9 hours of elective courses
     Broker (18hrs):
    - 9 hours of core course 3 of which must include the mandatory division approved course
    -9 hours of elective courses
