School Certification
Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Our Course Format
Our online professional real estate courses are designed with ease of use and knowledge retention in mind. 

Technical Requirements
 Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

License Renewal Dates
California real estate licensees renewal comes due every 4 years based on the initial licensure date.

Continuing Education Requirements
California real estate licensees must take 45 hours of CE for details of what are included please see below. 

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.

CE Requirements

Renewal Date: Every 4 years based on your licenses expiration date

Hours Required: 45

    - 5 3 hour courses in the following topics ethics, agency, trust fund handling, risk management, management and supervision
    - 3 hour fair housing course with an interactive component that includes role play as both a consumer and real estate professional
    - 2 hour course in implicit bias training
    - 18 hours in consumer protections courses
    - The remaining 7 hours can be in the topics of consumer services or consumer protection

These requirements are for subsequent renewals after your first renewal cycle. For first renewal cycle requirements please look on the California Real Estate Departments website.
