Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Nevada real estate licensees must renew their license every year two years based on the month of their initial licensure.
Continuing Education Requirements
Nevada licensees must complete a total of 36 hours of continuing education. It must consist of 18 hours of mandatory courses as follows: 3 hours each in Agency, Ethics, Nevada Law, and Risk Reduction and 6 hours in Contracts. The remaining 18 hours can be in elective courses. Also of note to licensees at least 18 of the total course hours must be taken in a live setting.Â

Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
